Talk to us about Microsoft 365Everything your team needs to work, in one place
Microsoft 365 is more than email. Set up well, it replaces a pile of separate tools and makes working from the office, home or the road feel the same.
Email and calendars
Professional email on your own domain, shared calendars and shared inboxes like info@ or accounts@, on every device.
Office apps
The full desktop versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, always up to date, on up to five computers per person.
Teams
Chat, video meetings and calls in one app, so quick questions don't clog up everyone's inbox.
Files anywhere
OneDrive and SharePoint keep your files in the cloud, backed up and shareable, with no more "which version is the latest?"
Bookings and planning
Let customers book appointments online with Bookings, and keep jobs on track with Planner and Lists.
Australian data centres
Microsoft stores core Microsoft 365 data for Australian businesses here in Australia. We run our own business on it too.

Why we recommend Business Premium
Most attacks on small businesses don't start with a hacker breaking in. They start with one convincing email, one reused password or one lost laptop. Business Standard gives you great tools to work with. Premium adds the protection around them.
- Intune device management: every Windows PC, Mac, iPhone and Android device is enrolled, kept up to date and configured the same way. Lost or stolen devices can be locked or wiped remotely, and staff using their own phones can keep work data separate from personal.
- Enhanced security on every computer: Defender for Business adds business-grade antivirus, ransomware protection and threat detection, all monitored from one place.
- Safer email: Defender for Office 365 checks links and attachments before anyone clicks them, and catches phishing that basic filters miss.
- Smarter sign-in rules: Conditional Access can block sign-ins from unexpected countries or from devices we don't manage.
Buying these tools separately costs more and means more to manage. Premium bundles them into one licence that we set up and look after for you. If Standard suits you better, we'll tell you that too.
Not sure which you're on?
We can check your current licences, tell you what you're paying for and whether it's the right fit. Plenty of businesses are paying for features they never set up, or missing the ones they need.
Ask us to checkMeeting rooms that just work
Nobody wants to spend the first ten minutes of a meeting fighting cables and hunting for the right link. We set up Microsoft Teams Rooms with Yealink equipment, so anyone can walk in and start the meeting with one tap.
- One-tap join for Teams meetings booked in Outlook
- Cameras, microphones and speakers sized for your room
- Room calendars, so people can see when it's free
- Managed and updated centrally, like the rest of your Microsoft 365
Yealink partner
Yealink's MeetingBars put the camera, microphones and speaker in one bar under the screen, with a touch panel on the table to run the meeting. Plug it into the screen and the network, and the room is ready for Teams.
We're a Yealink partner, so we can supply the gear, install it and look after it. That covers meeting rooms as well as the desk phones for your phone system.
Ask about a meeting room
Pick the right setup for the room
Focus rooms
MeetingBar A25. An ultra-wide camera that fits everyone in the shot, even in a tight room where people sit close to the screen.
Small meeting rooms
MeetingBar A40. One cable to the screen, with smart framing and a camera that follows whoever is talking.
Medium meeting rooms
MeetingBar A50. Three cameras, including zoom lenses for the far end of the table, plus extra microphones if the room needs them.
Whiteboard rooms and open spaces
MeetingBoard Pro. Camera, sound and a touch whiteboard in one 65", 75" or 86" screen, on the wall or on a stand you can wheel between spaces.
What we do for you
As a Microsoft partner, we look after the whole thing, not just the licences.
Move you over
We migrate email, calendars and files from your old server, Google Workspace or another provider, and handle the domain and DNS changes so mail keeps flowing.
Lock it down
Multi-factor sign-in, email authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), device policies and sensible security defaults, set up from day one rather than after something goes wrong.
Look after it
New starters, leavers, licence changes, shared inboxes and "I can't log in" moments. Log a job with our help desk or give us a call.
Help your team use it
Practical training on Teams, OneDrive and Outlook, tailored to how your business actually works.
Pair it with a Yeastar phone system and your staff can sign in with their Microsoft account, see Outlook contacts and make calls from Teams.
